Hon. Carolyn Bennett
Member of Parliament for Toronto—St. Paul's
Toronto-St. Paul's Constituency Youth Council

The Constituency Youth Council (CYC) is an initiative to engage youth in the Toronto-St. Paul’s riding through both discussions and actions on the issues that matter to them.

When does the program take place?

This community opportunity runs from September to June. Meetings take place once a month. The Toronto-St. Paul's Constituency Youth Council puts together an event each year. During the COVID-19 pandemic, meetings and events take place via Zoom. We will continue to follow the advice of Public Health Canada and local public health authorities.

Who can apply to join?

Local youth between the ages of 14 and 25 with an interest in Canadian politics, and making a change in our community are highly encouraged to apply.
